Meet Aislinn

There was a time in my life when everything felt like too much…
but I didn’t have the space to feel it.
Like so many of us, I learned how to keep going. To hold it together. To push emotions down and move on.
Until one day… something shifted.
I was at a retreat, and a breathwork facilitator was meant to guide the session — but at the last minute, my now teacher stepped in.
Looking back, I know that wasn't a coincidence. It was the moment that changed everything.
During that first session, I experienced something I had never felt before.
Energy moved through my body in a way I couldn’t explain. Emotions I had buried time and time again began to rise to the surface. Not gently… but honestly.
And for the first time, I didn’t resist it. I felt safe enough to let go.
That experience opened a door in me — one I didn’t even know existed. A door into healing, into feeling, into coming back home to myself.
That was over five years ago.
Since then, breathwork has become more than a practice — it has become an anchor.
Through some of the most challenging times in my life, my relationship with the breath has supported me, grounded me, and guided me back to myself again and again.
This is why I do this work.
Because I know what it’s like to carry so much beneath the surface. I know how it feels to not have a safe space to release it.
And I also know what becomes possible when you finally do.
In my sessions, I hold a space where you can soften. Where your body can speak. Where you don’t have to hold it all together.
A space where you are safe to feel… and safe to let go.
If you feel drawn to this work, trust that.
Your breath already knows the way 🤍
